This Privacy Policy reviews what personal data and other information is collected on the Site, how it is gathered, and how it is used. Please take a few minutes to read the statement below so that you better understand how the Museum treats your information.

Museum Newsletters
As a service, the Museum offers visitors to the Site the opportunity to subscribe to one or more of our e-mail newsletters. This service is hosted by a contractor that has agreed to use the e-mail address you provide only to send Museum newsletters to you. If you choose to subscribe, you will receive the Museum newsletter on the topics you select. You may opt out at any time by following the "unsubscribe" instructions included in the e-mail messages.

If you have provided your e-mail address during an online transaction, the Museum may periodically send you e-mails in order to inform you of events or activities at the Museum that we believe may be of interest to you, or to alert you about sales or other promotional events at the Museum shops. If you do not want us to use your e-mail address to contact you for these purposes, please send an e-mail message containing your name and postal address to museum@neuegalerie.org.

E-mailing the Museum
If you e-mail the Museum, your message and e-mail address may be saved by the Museum. Any message, material, business information, ideas, concepts, or other information sent to the Museum by e-mail will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Google Analytics
The Museum automatically collects some anonymous, non-personally identifiable aggregate information about visitors via Google Analytics. This information is used for statistical purposes and to help us monitor how guests navigate the Site, allowing us to tailor our services for specific groups of visitors. Non-personally identifiable information may refer to information about our visitors’ browsers, operating systems, Internet Service Providers, traffic patterns, and related information.

Cookies

The Museum Site may include links to websites operated by Museum sponsors, partners, or other third parties. Although every effort is made to ensure that website referrals are to reputable and relevant sources, the Museum does not control the content or links that appear on these sites. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing.
