Immersed in the folk songs of her native Romania and the cabaret lyrics penned by her uncle, Bertolt Brecht, Weigl has triumphed on stages around the world throughout her illustrious and genre-defying career. Weigl returns to Cabaret at Café Sabarsky this season with a new program that celebrates love, light, and joy, in honor of the Neue Galerie’s singular “Klimt Landscapes” exhibition.
