The Museum is Open Late With Free Admission

Neue Galerie New York is open late to the public on select Fridays from 5 to 8 p.m., offering access to the galleries free of charge.

Kindly note that the January 2027 First Friday takes place on Friday, January 8 as the Neue Galerie is closed for New Year's Day on Friday, January 1. Please expect to wait in line outside of the museum for entry. Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that our Visitor Policies remain in effect for First Fridays, and that children under 12 will not be admitted.
