"Beholder" – A Dramatic Reading

Join us for a dramatic reading of "Beholder" by award-winning playwright and prestigious New Dramatists alumnus Ken Prestininzi and a cast of professional actors. The play is based on passages from the notebooks and letters of Paula Modersohn-Becker and her friend, poet Rainer Maria Rilke. The script also takes inspiration from Rilke's poem about Modersohn-Becker, entitled "Requiem for a Friend."

The event will take place in the Klimt Gallery on the second floor of Neue Galerie New York and is followed by a small wine reception in Café Fledermaus.
