VIENNESE CAFÉ NOTECARD SET
Wiener Werkstätte Viennese Café Card Set: featuring four illustrations by Moriz Jung from 1911. The Wiener Werkstätte, or Vienna Workshops, designed and produced a series of nearly one thousand postcards from 1907 until the beginning of the First World War. The visionary artists and designers behind the movement valued the postcard as an ideal format for their own social and aesthetic program: to imbue objects of daily use with beauty and the elements of good design.
